If the other product you selected is not available, we will refund the value of the product by depositing it in your bank account or the amount is credited to be used in any new order you wish. New shipping / replacement of the product is the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions are defective products or a mistake in ordering through the fault of the company. If you wish to cancel part or all of the order after receiving the products you can return the product or products within ten (10) calendar days and we will refund your money by deposit in your bank account. In case of refund, you will be charged for the return of the product. The value of cash on delivery and shipping is not refundable. All returns are made in the original condition of the product, without damage so that it can be sold again.

Returns on accepted products are accepted only if it is a defective product or a wrong shipment from our company. However, the changes are not accepted.
